Modify/Edit Windows Boot MenuSome time when we start computer, that has more then one entry(of operating system) on the boot screen. then you are forced to wait for 30 seconds or hit a key.
Here is some easy way to Remove Unwanted Entey(of operating system) from Boot Menu...


 BY DOING THIS YOU ARE MODIFYING VERY IMPORTANT CONFIGURATION FILE. BACKUP ALL YOU IMPORTANT DOCUMENT BEFORE TRY THIS.

Windows XP 

 
1 ) Type "attrib -r -h -s boot.ini" in Open CMD Window
To know how to open CDM Click here
2 ) Press Enter, you will see something like this

C:\> attrib -r boot.ini
C:\> attrib boot.ini
A C:\boot.ini
C:\> _
----------------------------------------------------
3 ) You can find your "Boot.ini" Path in thred line(i.e. here its "C:\boot.ini")
4 ) Open Run window again by following staps 1 and 2
5 ) Type "notepad c:\boot.ini" and press Enter
6) "Boot.ini" file will be open in Notepad, Here you will see some setting what you see normally in your Boot Menu
7 ) First set default operating system, Delete everything after "=" in default line, and set your choice option
(Everything after the “=” in the default line, should match everything before the “=” in the operating systems line)
8 ) You can delete and choice option here by deleting all line of that option
(If you want to remove the second item in the list then the first one is set to the default or vice-versa)
or if you just want to change your list priority option, The default = item will set as default and normally the top one in boot Menu

Here is some easy way to Disable Boot Menu ...

BY DOING THIS YOU ARE MODIFYING VERY IMPORTANT CONFIGURATION FILE. BACKUP ALL YOU IMPORTANT DOCUMENT BEFORE TRY THIS.

1 ) Type "sysdm.cpl" in Run Window, "System Properties" window will open
To know how to open Run Click here
2 ) Select "Advanced" tab for tab option
3 ) Check for "Startup and Recovery"
4 ) Click on "Settings" button under "Startup and Recovery"
5 ) "Startup and Recovery" Window will open
6 ) In "Startup and Recovery" make sure the default operating system is correct
7 ) Uncheck the “Time to display list of operating systems” option
8 ) Click "Ok" to close "Startup and Recovery" window and click "Ok" to close "System Properties" window
Now reboot/restart your computer, and the Boot Menu should be
Disable.

here is some way to open this tools for Windows XP and Windows 7

Open Task Manager
Task Manager displays list of the programs, processes, and services that are currently running on your computer and there status(i.e. not responding), Its also show your network connection.

Windows XP
1 ) Right-clicking the taskbar
2 ) Select "Start Task Manager" from popup menu
or
You can open Task Manager by pressing "Alt+Ctrl+Del"
Windows 7
1 ) Press "Alt+Ctrl+Del"
2 ) Select "Start Task Manager" from option list
or
You can open Task Manager by pressing "Ctrl+Shift+Esc."


Open Run ...
Run allows a user to run specific tools and programs to logon user or with different permissions than the user's current logon
Windows XP
1 ) Click on "Start Menu"
2 ) Select "Run" from "Start Menu"
Windows 7
1 ) Open Task Manager
2 ) Open "File Menu", and Select "New Task(Run...)" from menu
or
1 ) Open Start Menu
2 ) Type "Run" in "Search Programs and files" textbox.
3 ) "Run" icon will appo in start menu list, Click on icon to open run window
if you want to open "Run" as administrator, right click on run icon in start menu and select "Open As Administrator"

Other
Press "Windows logo key" + "R" can open Run too

Open CMD(Command Prompt) ...
CMD(Command Prompt) allwed user to work in command-line interpreter in windows
Windows XP
1 ) Open "Run" window
2 ) Type "CMD" and hit "Enter" to open Command Prompt
Windows 7
1 ) Open Start Menu
2 ) Type "CMD" in "Search Programs and files" textbox.
3 ) "CMD" icon will appo in start menu list, Click on icon to open run window
if you want to open "CMD" as administrator, right click on run icon in start menu and select "Open As Administrator"
or
1 ) Open "Run" window
2 ) Type "CMD" in Run window, and hit enter to open Command Prompt

How to setup E-mail Filters in Yahoo Mail

To create a new filter, first you need to view the Filters page by clicking "Options" near by "Sign Out" link left-hand topside of page, Select "Mail Options" from popup menu and then click "Filters" in the left side navigation and then create or edit filters on the right side.

(If you are useing old yahoo mail Select "Mail Options" link on the right-hand navigation bar, then select "Filters" located in the middle of the page, under Mail Management.) 
Once on the Filters page open you can create a filter by following this staps...

1 ) Click the "Add Filter" button.
2 ) Choose the field you want to match in the incoming e-mail.
3 ) Select the one of the following "Sender", "Recipient", "Subject" or "Email Body" to match.(In old yahoo mail "headers", "To/Cc", "Subject", or "Body")
4 ) Choose the criterion by which you want a match to be made.
5 ) Enter the text string to compare.
6 ) Choose the destination folder to which you would like the message delivered.(Or you can create New Folder.)

How to find MAC Address?

The MAC(Media Access Control) address is a unique value that associated with a network adapter of your system. Its also known as hardware addresses or physical addresses.



MAC Address Format:
12-digit hexadecimal numbers/48 bits in length
MM:MM:MM:SS:SS:SS or MM-MM-MM-SS-SS-SS
where first 6-digit are number of adapter manufacturer and other 6-digit are represents the serial number assigned by the manufacturer.

To get your systerm MAC address ...

Windows XP, 2000, NT
1 ) Open the Start Menu then select "Run".
2 ) Type "cmd" then click OK or hit Enter.
3 ) In the Command Prompt, type "ipconfig /all" and hit Enter.
4 ) You can see Physical Address there, this is also your MAC address.
Windows ME, 98, 95
1 ) Open the Start Menu then select "Run".
2 ) Type "winipcfg" then click OK or hit Enter.
3 ) In the drop down menu select your network card.
4 ) Note the Adapter address, this is the MAC address.
Windows Vista
1 ) Open the Start Menu.
2 ) Click Control Panel, Control Panel will open.

Burning Data on DVD/CD without useing any 3rd Party Software

Burning Data on DVD/CD without useing any 3rd party software is easy as Copy/Paste data in one to other folder.
You Need :
Blank, writable DVD/CD
DVD/CD Recorder in your system

To burning Data on DVD/CD ...
1 ) Insert a blank, writable DVD/CD into your recorder/dvd-cd drive.
2 ) *Autoplay Window will open it self, Click Cancel because we dont need to use any off its option.(*if)
3 ) Open "My Computer"
optional preference to set (if you dont want to set this, jump to stap4)
- Find your CD/DVD Drive icon and right click on it.
- Select “Properties” from popup menu, Click on “Recording” tab.
- Check “Enable CD recording on this drive"
- Select hard drive that will be used to save temporary files.
- Select burning speed as you want.
- Check “Automatically eject CD after writing” if you want.
4 ) Open writable DVD/CD by double click on it, Drive will open in Windows Explorer.
5 ) Drag or Copy all files/folder that you want to burn to DVD/CD drive window.
6 ) Click “Write these files to CD” in DVD/CD drive window, you will found that on Left side of window in "CD Writing Tasks" options as image.

To Format USB Flash Drive with windows.
1 ) Plugin USB Flash Drive.
2 ) Go to "My Computer", right click on plugged USB Flash Drive.
3 ) Right-click USB Flash Drive icon and select "Format…" from the Popup menu.
4 ) To Format USB Flash Drive select best option for youafter reading following information in open form.
File System to select:
Option you will see as selection -
in Windows 7/Vista you will have FAT, FAT32, NTFS, exFAT
in Windows 98 you will have FAT, FAT32
If your USB Flash Drive Size is larger than 32 GB select FAT, FAT32 for other select NTFS
Allocation Unit Size to select:
the smaller allocation size you use, the less USB Flash Drive space that will go to waste.(but USB Flash Drive will run a little slower) or vice-versa...
Volume Label to select:
The volume label simply is the name of the drive, you can name what ever you want.
NTFS: maximum 32 characters, with uppercase and lowercase
FAT: maximum 11 characters, all uppercase
