9700 TRANSPARENT HOUSING

alright, finding myself some time to update a little. these are the transparent housing i was talking about awhile back. comes in 5 colors. black, purple, pink, yellow, red (not pictured yet). as you can see, none of them comes with keypad. so either u use or own, or just buy a keypad that is of the same color. obviously it aint gonna be transparent. -.-

these housings are pretty good if u mix them up. like just use the middleplate of this transparent. it'll look cool =D

and also, i would like to add in, that the housing wont be chipped of its color, because as you can see, its molded in this color. but it does feel a bit thinner though. so i would assume it will crack if it lands the wrong way. just dont drop ur phone! haha or buy a case =D

THE MOVE IS IN THE MIDST!!

alright, just wanna let my readers know that i have gotten the key to the bangsar shop/house. so from now on i will be only dealing IN BANGSAR.

right now still waiting for them to finish the floors, then i can officially have people coming over and see the place.

there is still no shelves and stuff, it is still in the process of making everything easier, and more beautiful.

i swear to you its worth the wait!! and i am sorry to those i have offended due to my HECTIC busy schedule!! it almost seems like im working in slow-motion sometimes, arghhh! so frustrating!! i have to run around to get the house stufff ready and buy this and that, choose this and that, wait here and wait there.... and i have to still work!!

thus, no time to update this blog for the time being. =( sad max*

but no fret!! the new site should be up and running in a few more weeks!

9800 HOUSING CHANGE EXPERIMENTAL!!

WELL HELLO THEREEE!! first of all, i just wanna say im DAMNNN HAPPPY about the result of this. u'll see why.

anyways, people have been asking me why i havent changed the front part of the housing yet. well thats cuz im missing a screw driver that is FUCKING HARD TO FIND!! T1, its so small that most of the shops/stores dont carry them. but whatever, i make do what i have, for now.

below is a walk thru of what i JUST did tonite! i obviously have a thing for white housings, AND red housing. but since the first change was already red, i decided to just splash on a little white on it. another reason is due to the matte housing color didnt seem to last for me. =( sigh, so hope this pearl white metallic color will last longer.

i was also very curious as to HOW to change the keypad, and key frame, and whether or not it can do RAINBOW on this blackberry..... because the initial assessment of it when i first opened it was pretty daunting.... but anyways, enough talking!! SCROLL DOWWNNNN =D

the keypad itself is the thinnest i've ever seen it on a blackberry. at first, i thought, hey is this safe/sturdy? but actually, this design eliminates the keys from falling off like all the previous keypads. as well as being so thin, u can actually feel the press of the dome a lot better. its like wearing a thin condom vs thick condom -.-

from the very beginning, they've always used this kind of technology for keypad input. the dome (that silver circle thing on the white sticker) actually has 3 small dots on it for some reason i dont know yet. and as u can see, i accidently ripped the white sticker =( good thing it wasnt connected to a wire or something... phew =\

well how i put this on there and the back light, that is TOP SECRET!!

u cant see how i did that. hahaha and no, i am not teaching anyone.

anyways, CHECK OUT THAT FUCKING RAINBOW!! soooo awesome haha i love it!!

then the homerow buttons, im gonna change it too!!

TADAAAA!!! oh yes, i made the 2 buttons blue as well for the light. haha

from this photo, u can actually see the minor gaps from the keyframe and bezel on both side. unfortunately, nothing i can do about this. but my guess is that this is coming from the bezel.

BUT NONETHELESS, THIS IS A WORK OF ART!!! I LOVEEE MY BLACKBERRY. HAHAHA

i guess this post just to showcase what i can do. after all, you would want someone who's done it before to work on ur phone. oh and let me tell you, this is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED to do it on ur own if u are not experienced with blackberries tear down.

annndddddd, final question. HOW MUCH?! hahaha well, i have yet to figure out how to charge this, but a replica of my housing would be around RM300 range or a little less.

OH, PERFORMING ANY OF THESE THINGS ON HERE WILL VOID UR WARRANTY.

9000 CANDY COLORS!!

mmm.... well, i had these candy colors for awhile, but never actually want to sell them, due to 2 reasons.

1) these color dont have clear coat protection, thus are more prone to scratches and fading. (and no, i dont make these housings, so i cannot just spray clear coat on them... ) due to the design of this phone, the bezel and back cover gets a lot of stress from normal wear and tear. i also dont know how long they will last because i dont use a 9000 anymore, so i cant put a day-to-day stress test =( and to be honest, it all comes down to the user. =)

2) the keypad on these matte color finishing is a 50/50 chance of stiff keypad when you get it. im sorry but i cant order 10 n let you pick the best one, as the rate of getting a stiff one is quite high.

but anyways, here you go!! below is baby blue, and baby pink. there is also purple as well. (pic of that soon to come)
